The vision of ALVAINA is to bridge the gap of socio-economic polarization and inequality amongst local, national and international communities. ALVAINA works towards the realization of this vision through research-based education programs, advocacy, and technical assistance with special interests in secondary education and youth issues. Each program is a service purposefully designed to meet a social need.
